One that caught my eye is the upcoming weave building where Burnside St., 13th Ave, and Stark st. come together. It's a 9-story building on a 5,000 sq. ft. lot; ground floor retail with offices above. The facade features a very cool basket weave design. All of Jeff Kovel/Skylab's work is good, so I expect this to come out amazing, I hope it leases fast for him!

Also shown are his Linton Forest Lofts:

and M2 Residence Spec house:

Family money and connections bankroll all of Kovel's developments/projects. Easy to be a genius when you don't have to answer to real clients or budgets.
money is money whether it comes from family, banks, investors, or any other source. His projects are successful and sell, and his family didn't make that happen, it was because of his design and real estate prowess.
It's not easy to be a genius at all, he works his ass off. Anyone who is truly meant to be great will do it regardless of the obstacles!
Jonathan Segal had no handouts and is now a multimillionaire because of his developments.
So long as this development doesn't become a Taxpayer burden, I support his development. I don't believe he has secured the necessary financing yet but please correct me if I am wrong.
